RIVERWOOD LODGE is an elegant and spacious home that sits at a prime location (the Del Rio Woods Resort area) on the Russian River. With a riverside deck, patio and hot tub from which to enjoy river views and a large and inviting great room, there's plenty of space for comfortable relaxation. Ideally, the home sleeps up to 8 guests in queen-size beds in each of 4 private rooms. There is also a 5th private sleeping area in the recreation room with two full/double beds (and two additional single-size beds available on the main level). This grand riverfront home has 3 full baths and an outdoor shower.

EXTERIOR

The home sits on the banks of the Russian River with spacious decks, a peaceful riverview and beach access.

LIVING ROOM

The living room has comfortable seating, and is an inviting place to gather for conversations around the fireplace, or television viewing.

GREAT ROOM

The great room is spacious, with high ceilings, and a grand sized dining table. It opens directly a covered deck area for outdoor riverview dining.

KITCHEN

The kitchen combines technology and conveniences with rustic charm and a nostalgic heritage range. It has all of the modern conveniences you'll need and adjoins both the Livingroom and Great Room for easy serving.

RECREATION ROOM

The recreation room provides plenty of space for the young at heart. There is a ping-pong table, a huge TV with a VCR/DVD player, and high quality futon sofas that make into comfortable full/double size beds. The room is large, rustic and comfortable and has easy access to the lower patio and 5 person Marquis spa through two French doors which offer river views.

BATHROOMS

Our bathrooms have modern amenities and charming rustic décor. The main level hall bath has a large tiled shower. The main level master bath has a tub/shower combination. The lower level bath has a glass enclosed shower and a stacking washer and dryer.

ROOMS

Riverview Master Suite | Willow Room | Riverside Room | Pine Cone Room | Rec Room

The rooms are private and comfortable, with bathrooms adjoining, or nearby. There are 4 private rooms, plus a 5th private sleeping area in the recreation room. Each of the three sleeping areas on the recreation room level have privacy and private entrance doors to a vestibule/foyer leading to the lower level bath. In addition to the private sleeping areas, there are two twin beds in the Great Room on the main level of the house.

Riverview Master Suite
Beds:	One queen size bed.
Location:	Located on the main floor.
Size:	This room is large and has a high, open beamed, pine ceiling.
Bath:	The private master bath adjoins the Riverview Master Suite..
Decor:	The bedframe is made of creamy, Canadian cedar logs. A charming log armoire, a dresser and wall tapestry complete the room. There’s a glass sliding door to the rear deck, a ceiling fan, and river views.
Willow Room
Beds:	One queen size bed.
Location:	Located on the main level. Windows offer views of the wooded neighborhood.
Size:	This is a mid-size room and has a large closet.
Bath:	The bathroom is adjacent to this room and is accessed through a door off the hallway just a couple steps away.
Decor:	The décor includes a hand-hewn, bent willow headboard, custom made specifically for this room.
Riverside Room
Beds:	One queen size bed.
Location:	Located on the lower level with private views of the river. It has French doors that lead to the patio with hot tub and log swing. It has its own private entrance to the stairwell that leads to the main/upper level, and it has a door to the vestibule hallway (bath foyer) that leads to the adjacent shared bath.
Size:	This is a spacious room with French doors leading to the patio. There is a sitting area and a closet.
Bath:	The bathroom is adjacent, and accessed through a vestibule hallway (bath foyer).
Decor:	The décor includes a cedar log bed and a sitting area both with wonderful river views through the French doors leading to the patio with log swing and hot tub.
Pine Cone Room
Beds:	One queen size bed.
Location:	Located on the lower level close to the lower bath and rec room.
Size:	The pine cone room is petite, but roomy enough to include a sitting area.
Bath:	This room shares the adjacent lower level bath, which is accessed through a vestibule hallway (bath foyer).
Decor:	This room has a rustic, pine cone theme with an open beam, and includes a sitting area. The window provides a view of our wooded neighborhood.
	A 5th Private Sleeping Option:
Rec Room
Beds:	The recreation room has two high quality log futons, which can be used as sofas, or made up as two comfortable full/double size beds.
Location:	Located on the lower level this spacious room has patio & hot tub access through two French doors. The recreation room has several more doors: one to access the stairway (to the main/upper level) and another leading to the lower bath foyer, through which you may access the Riverside and Pine Cone rooms.
Bath:	This room shares the lower level bath which is accessed through a door and a small vestibule hallway (bath foyer).
Decor:	The room is large, rustic and comfortable. It has a large screen TV, a VCR/DVD player, and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment.
	Overflow Sleeping Area:
Great Room
Beds:	The daybed with a trundle unit beneath, has two high quality, comfortable twin size mattresses.
Location:	Located in the Great Room.
Decor:	The daybed makes a cozy sitting place by day, and has two high quality mattresses for a comfortable bed at night.

DECK

The upper deck at the rear of the house is situated above the river with plenty of tables, chairs, umbrellas for comfortable seating and dining. There are unobstructed views, and there is a large covered portion of the deck which is great for year round use.

PATIO / SPA

The lower patio area includes a 5 person Marquis spa, a log swing, lounge chairs and a comfortable round lounger for two. Relax in the shade or soak up the sun. The picnic table provides a place for having lunch under the shade of our fruit trees.

RIVER / VIEWS

Enjoy river views from the house. Stairs give easy access to the beach for swimming, fishing or boat launching. The fishing here is relaxed and uncrowded. (ask about our Winter Fisherman's Getaway rates).

Rates posted here are valid for up to 6 guests, a 4 person rate is available for a 3 or more night stay. Each additional guest is $50 per night (children twelve years old and under are free).
An 11% Sonoma County Lodging Tax will apply and a $155 service fee is added.
Two night minimum stay required on weekends (please call for exceptions).

Refundable Reservation Deposit (in the amount of 50% of the rental fee) is required to hold reservations.
Security deposit of $495 REFUNDED IN FULL within 10 business days of check-out, presuming no damages, and terms of the rental agreement have been met.
