AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to keep our online availability calendar up-to-date and you are welcome to CHECK AVAILABILITY of your dates for any of our homes at anytime. Or, you may call us toll free 866-786-2778 (or 309-786-2778) or EMAIL US for specific date availability.  If your desired dates are available, you may book them immediately or you may request a 24-Hour Tentative Reservation. As we take bookings on a first-come, first served basis, we will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your reservation until it has been confirmed. Confirmation of your reservation will be made upon receipt of a Refundable Reservation Deposit.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 50% refundable reservation deposit (half of the rental fee). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Personal, Business & Bank Checks. You may call us to place your reservation by telephone or you may confirm your dates anytime over the internet using our secure ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM. We always contact you by phone or email to confirm your reservation request before processing your credit card.

ABOUT US:

POLICIES

1. Reservation Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to hold all reservations. This deposit is in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee for the dates booked, based on the number of guests.n The remaining rental fee balance, cleaning fee, and 11% occupancy tax are due at 45 days prior to the check-in date, (60 days for Major Holiday & Event bookings). All balances must be paid within 10 business days of due date or it will be deemed Lessee is canceling Lessee's reservation by default. For bookings made within 45 days of check-in (60 days for Major Holiday & Event bookings), all balances will be due on the date of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy: In order to cancel a reservation, written notice must be received before 45 days prior to the check-in date (before 60 days prior to the check-in date for Major Holiday and Event bookings) in order to qualify for a refund of the reservation deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. Upon receipt of a written notice to cancel, we will send email confirmation. For cancellation requests received less than 45 days prior to check-in (less than 60 days for Major Holiday & Event bookings), the reservation deposit is forfeited unless the property is re-booked for same dates. For each night re-booked, the cancellation fee will be only 10% of the rental fee (plus 11% tax). Furthermore, it is understood that Lessor may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and the Lessee hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Lessor, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Lessee. All refunds are made by check. A $50 fee will apply if you request any changes to your reservation.
3. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is anytime after 3pm; Check-out is by 11am. In summer months (June-August) Check-in is after 3:30pm.
4 . Security Deposit: A fully-refundable security and damage deposit is collected (when the balance is due) and is deposited. After the premise has been returned to Landlord in good order (no damage or missing items, other than normal wear and tear, (and all terms have been met as outlined in the Rental Agreement and Addendum), the security deposit will then be returned to Lessee, in full, within ten business days of the check-out date. All refunds are by check.
5. We have a no smoking policy (anywhere on the premises).
6. Pets/Animals not permitted.
7 . Our properties are private homes in a country area with houses nearby – quiet and respectful behavior is required. Use of the home for excessive drinking, loud music and partying is not allowed.
8. Wine Country Lodges offers its vacation homes for residential use, for the exclusive use by our paying guests. No additional day or overnight guests are permitted. Nor are the hosting of parties or special events. Some exceptions can be made, please inquire.

At Wine Country Lodges, we welcome bookings from our travel industry partners and are pleased to assist with all of your client's travel needs. All bookings of 4 or more nights made by a travel agent with an IATA number will be paid a standard commission of 10% (three night stays or less will be paid 5% commission).
